About the property
If you’re looking for an escape, this is it! Nothing but fields, wildlife and views of southern Utah’s gorgeous mountain ranges. There are no immediate neighbors and very little development in the general area. Access to the property is a short drive from the highway on well maintained gravel roads leading to average condition dirt roads. We visited this property during the summer and were amazed by the peace and quiet and entertained by the jack rabbits scattering as we drove through the area.
We had Verizon LTE cell service at the property but we can’t guarantee cell service will be consistently available or reliable. Two corners of the property appear to be marked with metal fence posts but their locations have not been verified other than by our handheld GPS. The marked corners are the southwest and southeast corners.
There are no utilities available at the lot and we did not find any power lines nearby, so plan on providing utilities by other means. No water rights, so plan on hauling water or obtaining water rights to drill a well.
This property is an easy drive from Cedar City, UT, which is less than an hour away and mostly highway driving. Las Vegas is a little over three hours drive south on Interstate 15.
