There are no utilities available at the lot and we did not find any power lines nearby, so plan on providing utilities by other means. No water rights so plan on hauling water or obtaining water rights to drill a well.
This property is an easy drive from Cedar City, UT, which is less than an hour away and mostly highway driving. Cedar City has a small airport with reasonably priced flights from Salt Lake City, UT. Las Vegas is a little over three hours drive south on Interstate 15.
