About the property
Enjoy the fresh air, open country and surrounding views of southern Utah’s gorgeous mountain ranges. We visited this property during the summer and were amazed by the peace and quiet. Nestled in the middle of a farming community, there are no immediate neighbors and very little development in the general area. Roads are dirt and were in good condition. Terrain is very flat.
We had Verizon LTE cell service at the property but we can’t guarantee cell service will be consistently available or reliable. The property is bordered by two dirt roads (one less travelled than the other). This makes locating the north and east property lines easy. There are no utilities available at the lot and we did not find any power lines nearby, so plan on providing utilities by other means. No water rights, so plan on hauling water or obtaining water rights to drill a well.
This property is an easy drive from Cedar City, UT, which is less than an hour away and mostly highway driving. Las Vegas is a little over three hours drive south on Interstate 15.
