About the property
Great location, nice gravel roads, power available nearby and much more to like about this property. We previewed this property during the summer and really liked it! It was an easy 45 minute drive from Cedar City and only 1.3 miles from Hwy 56 on nice, wide gravel roads.
The parcel is surrounded by farm land and is about half a mile from a working farm, which is where the closet power pole is located. Across the road from this parcel is an irrigated field. There are no immediate neighbors and the overall environment is very quiet and beautiful. Enjoy fresh air, open country and the surrounding views of southern Utah’s gorgeous mountain ranges.
The terrain is very flat and if you wanted to you could easily drive onto the property from the road. We had Verizon LTE cell service at the property but we can’t guarantee cell service will be consistently available or reliable.
There are no utilities available at the lot but we did find power lines about a half mile west at the intersection of N 5600 W/Hunt Rd (at the farm). No water rights so plan on hauling water or obtaining water rights to drill a well. The property is zoned Residential, which allows for a home, mobile home or manufactured home.
